Welcome to the second Buffalo area no-ship math trades! Everything seemed to work great last time, so the rules remain unchanged.

RULES AND GUIDELINES
1 - Only traders who live in or commute regularly to the general Buffalo, NY area (including first, second and third ring suburbs) may enter. You will be physically handing these games to their new owners, so you will need to be nearby to do that.
2 - We will plan a meetup in the discussion thread (linked above), probably the weekend after the trade ends, probably at the Sheridan Wegmans. HOWEVER everyone participating will be responsible for communicating with and meeting up with anyone they must give or receive a game from. You MUST be willing to at least meet halfway, so long as halfway is within the geographical area listed above. There are several regular gaming meetups in the area, so those are potentially good candidates. Not everyone will be able to make the meet-up, so don't assume everyone can.
2.1 - Please plan on completing trades within a week of the final results. Contact and work with your traders and tradees.
3 - You must accurately describe your games condition, language, publisher, etc. If you neglect to mention a defect or missing piece the onus is on YOU to solve the problem to the new owner's satisfaction.
3.1 - You MUST be very clear about any damage, play wear, missing bits, etc, in any game you list. This is already one of the rules, but I'm repeating it. Chris is right in that some people are collectors more than gamers and are very particular about condition. White corners or a creased instruction manual might not bother you but it could very well bother the person getting it, so BE SPECIFIC. When I read or write "played once" I assume it's in like new condition. It may be better to write "like new" to stop the aggravation
3.2 - Also be specific about edition. If there's more than one English version tell us what year and/or publisher so we know exactly which. I did this a few times last trade, and I'm guessing there's one in this trade now that I must have missed. On the flip side of that if you are interested in the item and are unsure about anything about it please ask the owner questions before submitting a want list for it.
4 - DO NOT REMOVE AN ITEM ONCE YOU POST IT ON THE LIST. If you don't have it any more, or you accidentally double posted or something then just edit the description to say "Item Removed" and then when you enter step 4 don't submit a want list for that item (leave all the boxes blank)
4.1 - If you discover, after posting an item, that it is missing something or is somehow different than your post would suggest, then please edit it to say "Item Removed" and re-post it.
5 - Use of the On-Line Want List Generator (OLWLG) http://bgg.activityclub.org/olwlg/ is required for this event.
6 - I reserve the right to remove games from the list for whatever reason. If you are on the bad traders list, your games will be removed.
7 - This trade is for games only. Please do not enter Giftcards, Geek Gold, or any non-game items.
8 - My hope is that this can be a good time for everybody who wants to participate. To that end if someone has not followed a rule please either politely ask them to fix it or message me. If you have a problem with a specific participant please message me or quietly avoid "want"ing their items. If you have a problem with how this math trade is run then message me with your concern or don't participate. If you don't like the games being offered then quietly don't participate.
9 - You are responsible for knowing these rules, violation of the rules may result in disqualification from this trade and future trades.
