Software Used: Genetitrade
List Cap: Thanks to the new Genetitrade software, none is necessary
Max Per User: Unlimited
Duplicates: The same game may be listed more than once, even by the same person if desired.
Restrictions on Items: Any game or other item covered by the Geek (including Geekgold, microbadge coupons, and so forth) is allowed without restriction. People must contact me first for permission to add anything else, and they must be listed as Outside the Scope of BGG; only items with substantial geek value will be allowed, and I will limit the numbers to keep them from overwhelming the list. I apologize to those who dislike non-game items in Math Trades, but I've found they boost total trades effectively.
Sweeteners: Allowed, and may include non-game items without restriction.
Information To Include: The usual - condition and edition of game.
NOTE: For games that have multiple editions/versions please list which one you have. Games will be assumed to be English Language Editions unless explicitly stated otherwise. Games will also be assumed to be complete and in good condition unless stated otherwise.
Traders violating any terms will be subject to being locked in a closet with Don Greenwood for 96 hours and be forced to play Outdoor Survival.
Deadline to Add Games: 9 pm EDT on Sunday July 22
Summary Posted: July 22
Deadline to Submit Want Lists: Noon EDT on Tuesday July 24. In the interests of openness, I will be posting my want list publicly at the same time as the Summary. The combined Want List will be posted for about 6 hours, at which point I'll declare them to be official.
Results posted: I'll encourage "playing at home" so we get the best results possible. I'm going to plan on posting results at noon on July 25, and give until later that afternoon for people to review them for errors, at which point I'll declare the results to be official. If the list exceeds 500 items, I reserve the right to extend processing time, in which case I'll announce it on the forum thread
Want lists should be sent to Boomer in a single GeekMail, and use a subject line of "MATH TRADE WANT LIST". The Summary will use a combination of the item number and abbreviated name to label entries in the Summary, i.e. if entry 18 is Spellfire (god forbid...), the Summary entry will look like:
18Spellfire | UserName | Spellfire + a sweetener
and the Want List submitted by the owner of Spellfire should look like
18Spellfire 371Babylon 425Magic
If you have multiple items up for trade, you must submit one want list for each item, but you can combine them into a single Geekmail. When the results are announced, item winners should contact their current owners, but owners may feel free to contact the winners if they want.
