Every Math Trade has rules. They always go in the header of the Geeklist and also in the Discussion Thread. Every Math Trade has a discussion thread. This is where people go to ask questions and also where the moderator posts results and other bits of information. What you see below is the actual rules for a math trade I've run in the past. We'll use those same rules for this trade.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A MOCK MATH TRADE. NO GAMES WILL BE TRADE AND NOTHING WILL BE SHIPPED.
Here's your rules:

I'm not going to bother with a request list. If you really want something, post it in the discussion thread.
Use of the On-Line Want List Generator (OLWLG) is required for this event (please remember to tip JeffyJeff some GG for his support).
Please do not delete items or sweeteners once you have listed them. You can always submit a blank want list for an entry if you've traded it away before the deadline.
You are required to specify where you'll ship to and what portion of shipping you're going to pay. If you don't specify, we will assume that you mean to ship worldwide and cover all shipping costs.
The items allowed for this math trade are gift certificates (minimum of $10), geekgold (minimum of 200 ), boardgames, video games, and role playing games. We'll also allow DVDs and books. To add a non BGG/VGG/RPGG item, please enter Outside the Scope of BGG for the game title. Then in the body of the entry you write this:
$XX Gift Certificate to Steve's favorite store
You are expected to describe, as accurately as is reasonably possible, the condition (components and box), language and edition of your item in the description. This includes sweeteners. Any games not in shrink should be fully inventoried, and any missing components - including inserts - listed in the entry.
Do not include a link to any game unless you are including it with the entry as this looks, in the OLWLG, as if you are.
If you've been reported to me as a bad trader, you cannot participate. If you try to, I will remove your entries.
Please watch (either via the geeklist or the OLWLG) for questions, and answer them promptly.
Geekgold and gift certificate arbitrage is not allowed. Which is to say - you may not put geekgold on the want list for your geekgold entry, and you may not put a gift certificate on the want list for your gift certificate entry.
* if you are only offering a part of a game/expansion/etc, such as with the Alea Treasure Chest, that folks should use "outside the scope of bgg" and an appropriate altname. We've had problems in the past with folks not noticing the description. easy to blame the recipient but imho an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure post trade
* description of edition/language/etc should not simply say "as pictured", this problem has plagued more math trades than anything as historically it seems at least 10% of those saying "as pictured" don't realize they've actually picked or bgg is displaying an image that does not match and these were the lucky one's that have been caught thanks to folks also describing in a few words the language/edition. And even when the image is correct realize that then it means each and every person who may be interested in the item then has to click through from the OLWLG to the geeklist item and then click on the image and then possibly on the link for a higher def/larger version.. and even then there often is not a caption or comments on the image that actually indicate the specific edition and of course the folks who are interested in the item who don't have the item/game in hand can't determine by the image alone. On top of that not all gamers have 20/20 vision.

Software Used: TradeMaximizer v1.4 with duplicate protection and linear priorities.
Note: only errors by the moderator will invalidate the results. In the case that there is a problem after the results are posted, at most it will only invalidate the affected trade chain(s) and not the entire results set. In addition if the problem can be resolved by the most directly affected party or parties, then that is perfectly acceptable.
