The League of Extraordinary Gamers (LXG) was established as a family friendly tabletop games association in 2004, with its main aims being to provide a venue for its members to play games and to promote an interest in all genres of games to the wider community.
The club was originally based at the Chandler Sports Complex and then Cavendish Road State High. Recently LXG moved to the Queensland Contract Bridge Club at Woolloongabba, which offers a larger (and air-conditioned) venue.
The club meets once per month, all day on a Sunday. At these meetings people play social games or compete in organised tournaments. It’s a great, friendly atmosphere and you will easily find someone who wants to invite you to play a game.
