User Translation from French:
In the service of His Holiness.
Characters have 6 points to distribute between two attributes: Urbi (the city, representing learning, manners, culture, spirituality) and Orbi (the world, representing physical exertion, fighting, sexuality, lay knowledge). Characters also have Foi (Faith) and Vie (Life) which are pools representing spiritual and physical reserves that are not used as the basis for dice rolls; these both start with a base value of 3 but one of the 6 points at character creation can instead be used to increase either Foi or Vie.
Task resolution is performed by rolling a number of six-sided dice equal to the appropriate attribute value, keeping the single best die roll. To this roll, add 2 if a double was rolled, 3 if a triple was rolled, etc. (regardless of whether these were of the same value as the highest die roll or not). If the result is equal to or higher than a target difficulty number (or an opponent's result if in an opposed action) then the character is successful.
