Anything in Carlsbad/Oceanside/Del Mar?

I'll be there on Saturday and might need to pick up a gift for someone...

How about south San Diego? Especially thrift stores that might have games? Was just down there visiting and didn't see anything.

Is this even a question? Game Towne.

Of course, it depends a bit on what you're looking for. GT has quite a selection of Euros, chess sets, and the like, but they also have lot 'n' lots of wargames, miniatures games, miniature, CCGs, RPGs, etc., etc., and so forth.

If you're not driving at rush hour, it's a quick zip down the freeway. I try to go every time we're down in San Diego (we stay with frieds who live in University Heights).
