Hi

A friend of mine will be hitting Berlin Connecticut for a while & would like to go to a highly recommended games shop - any known suggestions?

Would be good if such a shop in the area(s) I'm talking about is known to have classic Eurogames (Ystari, Alea, Mayfair ecc.) or GMT games.

Let me know.

Thanks

I have eaten some Netrunner counters, a treasure token from Nemo's War, and a First Martians condition token. Also maybe a Fallout "L" token.

He will be pretty close to the Dragon's Lair in W. Hartford.

They carried boardgames last time I was there (2 summers ago.)

There's also Time Machine Hobby in Manchester. They have a good selection of eurogames.

Dragon's Lair closed last year, and War & Pieces in W. Htfd. Center closed earlier this year.

DJ's Comics in Wallingford carries a dozen different games or so, and he's got a bunch of tables set up in the back of the shop for anyone to use.

The Time Machine in Manchester has the biggest selection of games to choose from as far as I know. It's just a great store, overall.

The Time machine does have a bigger selection than any other comic/game stores in this part of CT. War and Pieces is closed unfortunately, they had a nice selection too. Too bad....

I am moving to Wallinford, didn't know they have any games in this DJ's comics, well I wouldn't expect a comic store to stock games. But it is a possibility if they set up tables for people to play games there. maybe I will visit once I move there. Thanks for the info.
