I think my title says it all - what's the best COIN game for 3 players? Additionally, which might be the best for two besides Colonial Twilight (I'm already working on getting that one in trade).

Re 3p COIN game that would be it.

You may want to be patient, though.

I would suggest Liberty or Death: The American Insurrection for 3 players because the French don't really do very much in the early game. So, one player could fairly easily take the Patriots and the French and the other 2 players could take the British and the Indians respectively.

There's another 3p one coming, on the Philippines in the 1980s.
It's in development but I do not know how long it will be before it's in P500.

I would say Fire in the Lake, since you basically have two sides.

I've played a few games with one ARVN player, one US player and one NVA + Viet Cong player. It worked very well. And it is a natural fit for 2 players.

There is a 3 player one on the Finnish Civil War just available to P500 All Bridges Burning: Red Revolt and White Guard in Finland, 1917-1918 not out yet though.

I think that Falling Sky works well as 2 and 3-player, since both the Aedui and the Belgae bots work very well.
