Like a Friday in November.

Or a Sunday in December.

Or... shake

Every 23rd ever.

November 23, 2018. John had mentioned doing an all-day type of thing. Just sending out some feelers to see what the response might be. How does this look to everyone? This would be in addition to the normally scheduled East Valley Games Night, which is scheduled for the 30th of November.

I just need to prove that I am the answer to the question posed by the game title, Who's the Ass?

Rich couldn't make it but we could have him send it out to his distribution as well, but it would have to be an East Valley hosted thing without him.

What sort of time frame are we considering? Of course I'm very interested. I have a family brunch/lunch event going on that may shorten the time I can attend (assuming I can attend).

John, do you have to check on the availability of the church or do you already know we should be good to go?

I'm hoping to be available by 3 p.m. Please don't schedule around me and I will just show up whenever.

Do you think this should be cross posted in the Twelve Oaks group? I don't know if all of those members follow this group. Especially since it isn't specifically a east valley group event, just hosted there, and it was sort of discussed among both groups.

I agree that it should. I just wonder what time we should plan to start and end. It doesn't sound like there is overwhelming interest in an event. I know Austin (Amerikano) suggested doing Dec.1 instead, but there wasn't a lot of discussion of that either.
To get the discussion going I would suggest your 3pm would be best for this year and in future years we'll have time to grow it and plan better.

I am new to the area, but this is out my direction and I should be able to make it on the 30th, if you are looking for more people. I have too much family in town to make it on the 23, but that does sound like fun.

I'm still tracking down a babysitter, but I should be there around 3 until the sitter calls it quits.

Let's call it 3pm for the start time and then people can play it by ear as to how long they decide to stay.
I'll get Rich to send something to his email distribution and start an email disti for our group as well. It sounds like we ought to be able to have at least 5 people there and likely more. It should be a good time to get some of the lengthier games in as well.

John, if you are looking for a head count, I should be bringing a friend with as well.

Thanks the Black Friday game day everyone! We got to play the following:

Concordia

1/4 of a game of Spirit Island

Deadwood 1876

Coal Baron

Automania

The next East Valley Games night will be

November 30, 2018 at 6:30pm.

I've got a birthday dinner that night, so I won't make it this round.
