If you want to play solo, I suggest you pick up the game on Steam, Android, or iOS.

I have used a computer all day at work every day since 1982. Sometimes I really want to get away from staring at a screen. When I'm not at work I don't spend that much time online because it's just too tiring.

I really like the feel of picking up game components and moving them.

OK, but it's the best way to play a multiplayer game alone. No automata system is going to come close, for this or just about any other game.

The app version of TS plays waaay faster than any tabletop version (whether it is a solo against a bot or a 2-player game). In fact, it plays often "too fast": it has happened to me at least 3 times so far, that the AI beat me in less than 20 minutes. cry

And I am not a bad player in this game. It is a strong AI.

Apparently they spent a lot of time improving it, because it was terrible when it first came out.

My first game, it triggered nuclear war with a coup in a battleground on its own turn. I was baffled.
