I don't know if this is the right place to post. I'm sorry if it isn't.

About my predicament. I'm off to Munich(Munchen if you prefer) tommorow and want to buy some board games/card games/minis in english(not the minis of course).
Can anyone please recommend some places, give me some adreses, some links of stores?

Help out a fellow geek. From where i'm at you can't really get your claws on the new ones.

There's a good one in Karlsplatz. It's a huge toy/game store. Games are downstairs.

That's Obletter on Stacchus. Everybody will know the place, if you don't find it at once...

There is a FLGS called Games-In (http://www.games-in.de/) close to the central station (at most 10 minutes on foot). It carries many english board-/cardgames and cosims, as well as tabletop games and RPGs. I think it has the largest selection of english games that you can find in munich.

Here is a link to its location on GoogleMaps:

You've prompted me to submit a geeklist I started a year ago but never finished:
http://www.boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/22107

It has details of my own adventures while on game safari in Munich.
If you have the time, the fleamarkets are lots of fun to rummage around in. For cheap games, pop into the Galleria Kaufhof and Karstadt departments stores on the main shopping street (between Karlsplatz and Marienplatz).
