Gamestore Banesto here in Nagoya stock the Japon Brand games which aren't easy to get outside of the country. A number of Japanese only games too.
He has an online site if you feel brave.

in france : I would suggest www.ludibay.net over www.philibertnet.com, much more reliable. Also, they have an english page. some used games too. Not sure if there are any french games you can't get in the US...
