I'm just spending a week in SF. Could anybody suggest me a couple of addresses to buy (at a good price) boardgames in the city?

Many thanks in advance

If you get to the East Bay, be sure to check out

http://endgameoakland.com/

(in Oakland, as the URL would suggest.) It's very close to a BART stop, so it's easy to get to.

Also check out Game Kastle.

http://gamekastle.irook.com/

Game Kastle and Endgame are by far the best game stores in the area. If at all possible, try to visit both why you're there.

Gator Games is another good one, which runs regular sales.

Gamescape, too:

I have not been in there in a couple of years but I shopped at (a lot) GAMESCAPE on Divisadero:

Games of Berkeley is good too:
http://www.gamesofberkeley.com/

You say "at a good price". Pretty much all these stores are going to be selling things at MSRP. Not sure if you consider that "good". Gamescape sometimes has a small bin of slightly damaged games they sell for ~30% off; not sure about the other places...
