I ordered Waterloo back early July. Finally gave up at the beginning of August when they told me they wouldn't be able to even ship until September(!), asked for a refund- which they agreed to- and I'm still waiting..
Is this standard (sharp) operating practice for Martin Wallace?
I've been a regular buyer of Warfrog games since 1630 Something but this has left a bad taste in my mouth and I can't see myself buying another of their games, directly or indirectly.
I coincidentally had ordered Waterloo in July as well and I had no problems with ordering, everyone was very polite and i had it in Canada within 2 weeks, before i went on holidays the end of July ... I have ordered other games in the past as well which were an equally positive experience ... Perhaps my order slid through before Martin left ?
