The Warren is a roleplaying game about intelligent rabbits trying to make the best of a world filled with hazards, predators and, worst of all, other rabbits.

Pandemonium games and books and Games People Play up the street are the two I'm familiar with. The former is has a really good SciFi bookstore on the top level but you have to go downstairs into the pit for most of the games. Beware those who dwell below. The latter is much more friendly and better geared towards people wondering in off the street.

Unfortunately Boston does not have a great selection of FLGS. Here is what we do have:

Pandemonium Games and Books: Selection is often just the hottest games. This store focuses on Warhammer and Magic so boardgames are not a super priority. There is sometimes a sale table but almost never anything good there. http://www.pandemoniumbooks.com/

The Games People Play: This store has a decent selection and just a few blocks from Pandemonium. They have a larger selection of wargames and some games/wooden puzzles. Not the greatest selection though.

The Compleat Strategist: The best selection of boardgames in immediate Boston area. Don't be scared of venturing down the long hallway to find the store. The staff is not very helpful and it is more the luck of the draw of what you find. Everything is MSRP so don't expect any discounts. Sometimes you can find OOP games that are going for much higher prices in the market. The one stop I would make in the Boston area if you only had one choice.

Eureka Games and Puzzles: Decent selection of Euro games and many family/kids games. You can sometimes find a good game here. MSRP so no discounts unless you are a frequent buyer and get 5% back on a quarterly basis. Friendly staff but not always very knowledgeable about Euro games.

Hobby Bunker: This is a fantastic store for miniatures and wargaming. The store is just a bit out of Boston and available by public transportation. There selection is phenomenal if you are looking for historical miniature wargaming or painting materials. They do have a selection of boardgames but not very extensive. Fun place though. I often get small army miniatures for my son there.

Myriad Games: This is a bit of a hike. It is on the Mass. border with NH in a town called Salem. It is about a 45 min drive north of the city. This store has by far the best selection of Euro and boardgames. No discounts here but since it is NH there is no sales tax. If you are looking for the most extensive selection they are the ones to have it. They also have a game library that you can, with a fee, play games from to try out before. Very friendly staff that is quite knowledgeable.

3 Trolls Games and Puzzles: This is also north of the city. It is right before the NH border in Chelmsford. Ok selection. If you are going that far I would stop by Myriad games.
