Is someone going to start a wish-geeklist? Don't be afraid to add your Malifaux or Blood Bowl: Living Rulebook minis or RPG items to the trade (hint hint whistle)

I really like math trades, and I love being able to take part in these massive European trades. However, my interest is more or less limited to wargames, which usually form only a small minority of the items listed. Scanning through the whole list can be somewhat boring, so I am going to keep an up-to-date list of all wargames offered in the math trade.

I've put up a prototype/demo of Omega Centauri that I've got back from JKLM now they're not printing the game anymore.

It's not the same as the print & play kits I mail out, this version has wood components and colour printed boards, tiles and the cards are coloured paper (sleeved).

I'm assuming (hoping) this item is fine for the maths trade.

How did it work? Was it a live Maths Trade?! Or just a live exchange of games that had already been Maths Traded on BGG (which, don't get me wrong, would still be very cool!)?

It was just the live exchange of the games that had already been traded threw the Essen 2010 No shipping Maths Trade and the last German Math Trade here on BGG (I even got one game from the September European Maths Trade ).

I was there. People generally shuffled around holding games up.

I found it interesting that the level of security was so variable, from people proving their identities with phone numbers and secret details, to others handing the game over as soon as somebody showed an interest.

It should be there soon. I sent incomplete info to JeffyJeff when I set it up. I've only just got back online, so hopefully it will be sorted today.

This is my first time doing a math trade, I entered the games I offer for a round-'n-about-trade... but how exactly do I express my wants?

I signed up at http://bgg.activityclub.org/olwlg/
But I am still missing the exact "how-to" to fill in my need for Thud!

Will a link appear after the Offer-deadline?

See the post from Chris immediately above yours - we all should have access to it through olwlg but there is a problem, hopefully that will be resolved today, then you'll see it.

why don't my altname tags work? in entries 183 and 186 (on page 8 of the geeklist) i've tried to use them to make them show up a 'removed from trade', but they don't seem to take in the OLWLG. Any suggestions?

Your tags look fine, I think you just need to wait for the next OLWLG update (I don't know if it's automatic or manual but it is done at least once a day, so at worst your entries will look fine tomorrow).

Edit: oops, ignore this
