Hi,
Im in Chicago for a few days and was wondering if there are any stores I should check out in the area that sell board games. I like to visit local shops when I travel.

Thanks,

Bob

Well the "biggest" in terms of selection is Games Plus in Mt. Prospect.

However Pastimes in Niles is also pretty good.

Some of the larger shopping malls have a store called Gamer's Paradise which is not terrible but also not great.

Those would be your best bets although I'm sure others will add more suggestions.

A lot depends on where you'll be in Chicago. The suburbs (Niles and Mount Prospect) are about it for game shops. For some reason, there aren't any decent stores in the city.

Another fun trick is to go onto maps.yahoo.com and search for nearby businesses that are 'comic' stores. All the game shops show up too.

(if you don't mind filtering out the videgame and comic ones)
