Don't play in the street....

As my review will attest, this game has proven to be very popular with my three year old daughter since being purchased.

I will also say for parents of young children, assembling the tree is also a great way for kids to build their fine motor skills - slotting the bark is no easy feat for a three year old, tonight we slotted pieces 'by ourselves' for the first time which was neat!

Anyway, the simple variant to the game we are playing is this:

All players keep taking their turns until they knock out a core piece. That player is then out of the game and others play on until they knock out a core piece. Then highest bark total wins.

This has worked really well for us - hence thought I would add this to the page for others' reference.

Happy chopping! GM
