Might be visiting Salt Lake City this summer. Any good game stores in the area?

Hands down, the best game store in Salt Lake City is Game Night Games.

Hastur has made leaps and bounds from 6-7 years ago (when all non-Magic or Warhammer games were tucked a few messy shelves in the corner), but Game Night is one of the best game stores that I've ever been to.

I agree with Game Night Games and Hasturs.

I also frequent Epic Puzzles and Games and Fongo Bongo Games.

I've loved Fongo Bongo Games, they have a TON of demo games open and ready to play whenever you want to in their big playing area. Nice Ma & Pa shop vibe too.

Good to know that some more stores have opened up out there. My family is out in Herriman, so I'll have to hit Fongo Bongo (horrible name btw) while I'm out there next time...

Thanks.

I'll second this on both fronts. Hastur doesn't do much to earn my business, but they've improved a lot. GNG is one of the best game stores I've ever had the pleasure of shopping at, bar none. They're friendly, knowledgeable, have a deep stock, and have lots of game space and scheduled events.

Hmmm... The question you should be asking is: "Might be visiting Salt Lake City this summer. Any good restaurants in the area?" whistle

Yes. The Red Iguana. Enjoy

Game Night Games

They have a small offering of wargames (roughly 50 titles). Just picked up Sword of Rome from them. Of course they have the other usual fare as well.

I'm partial to Game Night Games as well.

Also, if you drink, apologies in advance for our state's inane liquor laws
