Hi!
My firm is doing a study trip to New York City at the end of the month. I really want to go shopping there laugh, because wargames/cosims are overpriced and hard to get here in Norway. Are there any wargame shops in NYC that you can recommend?
Looking forward to see this exciting city.
Cheers,
Daniel.

The Strategist is the most overpriced game store I have ever been to. They round prices up to the nearest dollar OVER the price on the box.

Haha, talking about overpriced wargames? One exampel from the local game store here in Bergen. Asia Engulfed for 599,- NOK (norwegian krones) = 102,-$. yuk
I'm pretty sure that every game I'll buy in NYC, will be much cheaper than here in Norway.

Many thanks for the recommendation Little Toad!

TCS is a few blocks from my office. I frequently read about the price-gouging complaints, but have never seen actual evidence of this in the store itself. Very curious . . .

I have to ask. What is your avatar all about? I find it somewhat disturbing.

My avatar? Very easy, she is eating nuts as a whole, crushing them with her teeth and spitting out the nutshells. Its from a fairy-tale movie.
