Hello!!

I will travel to germany the 6th februar, and I've to drive from Erkheim to Hilden, and then back to spain.

The thing is that I want to get the change of going into a games store and buy some games in germany.

Places that will be more or less on my route are:

Erkheim
Hilden
Köln
Düsseldorf
Leverkusen
Staffel
Lindenholzhausen
Medenbach

I hope you can help me!!

Or perhaps you can tell me how to search for games stores in germany at the web....

Try the daysofwonder store locator...it works pretty well for Germany

Select Germany and find out the Zip code of the towns, then hit search.

The problem with the "days of wonder" search tool is that it will come up with every store that has somewhere within its sortiment also 1-2 boardgames. I did a search near my home (Berlin) and it came up with a lot of stores that principally sell stationery (Schreibwaren). Those stores won't have a big sortiment of board games but probably a small collection of card games and that's it. The search tool does not indicate which stores are games-stores only.

But maybe somebody from around the area you are travelling through can give you valuable advice.

I've found a store in Hilden, Pinochio, I've phoned and they have told me that they have more or less the most famous and new boardgames...let's see if I'm lucky...

and Düsseldorf is only 15min away from Hilden, where I've to sleep and I will have the whole afternoon to go shooping!!

I need a good store in Düsseldorf!!
