From Japanese Wikipedia:
Lovedelic was a Japanese software developing company, formed by the staff behind Super Mario RPG. As Lovedelic, they created 3 games: "moon", "ufo – a day in the life" and "L.O.L. – Lack of Love".
In 1999, the staff behind "ufo" split out and formed the group Vanpool. After Lack of Love in 2000, Lovedelic ceased to exist and the remaining members formed the group Skip in 2001.
In 2002, creator Yoshiro Kimura left Skip and created his own studio, Punch Line, which he left in 2005.
