A quick overview of shipping costs from/to Europe, first discussed here: March 2012 European Maths Trade Discussion Thread, starting at page 3. Please contribute any shipping price information and/or shipping tips (customs, VAT...) you may have.

When two prices are given, the first one is the online price and the second one is the post office price.
** More measurement restrictions such as min. sizes and max. combined length and girth measurements may apply.
*** Includes proof of drop-off, signed-for delivery, shipment tracking (in about 60 countries) and liability/insurance for loss or damage up to a value of 30 SDR (about 35 EUR).
**** Includes proof of drop-off, signed-for delivery, shipment tracking (in about 60 countries) and insurance up to a value of 50 EUR.
***** Includes proof of drop-off, signed-for delivery, shipment tracking (in about 60 countries) and insurance up to a value of 500 EUR.

Update (March 2014): Increase in Prices: £0.20/250g. 'Small Parcels to Europe'
At July 2014 quotes from many carriers for heavier packages to Europe are consolidated at www.parcel2go.com (a commercial website). The quotes are are typically for packages 0-15kg or 0-25kg in sizes capable of accommodating several games.
Update (July 2013): The pricing system has changed with a general increase in prices.
Unless your game is over 1.6kg or larger than a packet, £10 will cover delivery to all European countries.
