Simon Lucas is a game designer who co-founded Round Table Productions to launch the Judge Dredd Collectible Card Game, which Pinnacle Entertainment imported for a time. He later became president of Pinnacle Entertainment after writing and producing role-playing games with Legion Publishing. More recently, Mr Lucas worked at Superstition Studios as a video game designer and producer.
